Jimmy travels to the majestic Lake Bled, to fish with the restrictions of a days-only rule on his shoulders. Adopting a super-mobile approach and fishing off a bicycle, James was rewarded handsomely for his efforts, before moving onto the famous Bear Lake at the end of his Slovenian adventure.

Back on home turf, Jimmy’s creeping about the Stanwick complex in an attempt to outwit one of its wily old residents. With a result under his belt, he’s then off to Monks Pit for some surface fishing and a meeting with one of the weirdest carp we’ve ever seen.

On the day of the Queen's funeral, Jimmy was in France with a group tuition when the stars aligned, landing three 50-pounders in a row. Throughout the week the group get constant action from this tricky venue and these carp wouldn’t look out of place in the UK.

Jimmy’s not driving to the lake this time, he’s flying. Thailand is the destination and there's huge fish, both weird and wonderful to catch. With a lakeside lodge as home for the week and some crazy fishing endured, this was a trip he won't forget.
